3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  1. Standard Bookings:
    • Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours before check-in – full refund of advance payment.
    • Late Cancellation (within 72 hours of check-in): 1 night’s charge will be deducted.
    • No-Show: Full stay charge will apply, no refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Rates / Special Offers:
    • Bookings under non-refundable promotions or special discounts are not eligible for refund.
    • Date changes may be allowed subject to availability and management approval.
  3. Group Bookings & Events:
    • Cancellations for group reservations (5+ rooms) or event bookings (weddings, conferences, banquets) are subject to a separate contract.
    • Refund terms will depend on the contract agreed at booking.
  4. Early Departure:
    • Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will be charged for the entire reserved period unless otherwise agreed by management.
  5. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
    • Bank or card charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  6. Force Majeure:
    • In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond the hotel’s control, refunds may be offered as credit vouchers for a future stay instead of cash refund.
