2. Reservations & Payment
- All reservations are subject to room availability.
- Guests must provide accurate information when booking.
- A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type (standard / non-refundable / group bookings)
Please review at the time of booking.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other guests.
- Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.
- Illegal activities within the hotel premises are strictly prohibited.
5. Hotel Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, Ramadia Grand is not liable for:
- Loss of valuables not deposited in the hotel safe.
- Interruptions caused by unforeseen events (power failures, natural disasters,
government regulations).
6. Events & Facilities
- Event bookings (weddings, conferences, banquets) are subject to separate contracts and policies.
- Use of swimming pool, rooftop bar, water sports, and other facilities must follow hotel rules for safety.
Governing Law : All disputes shall be governed under the laws of Sri Lanka.
